Concept Analysis of Adolencent Violence

Abstract
Purpose: To redefine and to explore, the concept of adolescent violence was analysed.

Method: To accomplish this research purpose, Hybrid Model developed by Schwartz-Barcott & Kim was used.

Results: The adolescent violence can be defined as follows : Adolescent violence is physical and non physical act that has been selected as best means for revealing his or herself to others and accepted by them, and self defense in daily psychological condition that is meaningful and valued on peer leadership. The attributes of Adolescent violence were analyzed 1) Act of choosing to be the leader in his/her peer group due to adolescent heroism 2) Act of resolving emotional problems which comes from peer relationship 3) Instant act due to lack of self-control 4) Conventionalized act for pleasure and amusement 5) A part of fang activity for achieving it¡¯s goal(territory fight)

Conclusions: This concept analysis provides educational meaning and direction for approach method of adolescent violence. These findings suggests that effici£¿nt educational intervention in school and community is urgent.
